Our role

Cleaning Services Pro is a referral service. We connect callers with independent, licensed cleaning providers in the Sacramento area. We are not the cleaning provider, we do not employ the cleaners, and we do not handle the service transaction.

Pricing and quotes

All prices on this site are typical ranges. Actual quotes come from the local provider after they assess your home. The provider's quote is the binding price, not anything on this site.

Service delivery

Scheduling, cleaning quality, results, and dispute resolution are between you and the local provider. We make a good-faith effort to vet our partners, but we don't guarantee specific outcomes.

Call recording

Calls to (888) 555-0142 may be recorded for quality assurance and training. By placing the call, you consent to recording.

Liability

Cleaning Services Pro is not liable for issues arising from the cleaning service itself. Disputes about service, billing, or property must be resolved with the local provider.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
